KA3 Lighting System Config File - LAPD w/ID Lights + DIM

This config file for the 2026+ lighting system is for LAPD (Los Angeles Police Department) motors with steady-burn right front red emergency light and the duplex light operating as the blue ID light. Also includes DIM feature, but PTT2 must be coded to momentary (Switch A of A-B switch in ISTA).
