KA3 Lighting System Config File 49 State Blue/Red DHS DIM

This config file for the 2026+ lighting system is for Department of Homeland Security motors with the duplex light operating as the blue ID light. 49 State wig-wag with no steady-burn front lights. Red/blue emergency lights and blue ID light. Also includes DIM feature, but PTT2 must be coded to momentary (Switch A of A-B switch in ISTA).
