Covers lock release cable to enable routing down the left side of rifle mount and exit below magazine into turn signal housing. Kit includes cable cover, four black 1/8" pop rivets and one grommet for wire exit below magazine. Instructions and more detailed photos to follow.

This rifle heat shield protects against exhaust heat reaching your muzzle cup, needed when a rifle mount is positioned so the muzzle cup sits directly in line with the exhaust outlet. In that position, exhaust heat has been known to melt the plastic dip coating on the muzzle cup; this heat shield is designed to prevent that. It's most commonly needed on RH long rifle mounts, where the muzzle tip typically lines up directly with the exhaust.
