FMS Solutions Shipping, Shortages and Returns

FMS Solutions provides free non-priority shipping on all orders for delivery within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.  Shipping charges apply to International shipments or high-priority shipments within the United States.

Please verify the product count against the packing slip / invoice at the time of receipt!  FMS is not responsible for missing parts at the end of the build process.  Any shortage issues must be raised when the product is initially received. 

If you need to return an item to FMS Solutions, a return authorization is required to ensure that the return is approved and that the credit for the return is applied to the correct buyer’s original method of payment. 

If an FMS accessory must be returned, begin by contacting us by phone (201-264-8365) or by email at info@fmsaccessories.com for assistance in resolving your concerns.  Often issues can be resolved with a minimum of effort / disruption.  A return charge will be assessed on an item that is either special-ordered (non-stock item) or an item that is not in original packaging / shows marks from mounting / hardware not complete / will require repackaging to resell. 

Returns are for new items, not for items that have been used.  FMS will only accept returns within 45 days from original purchase date.  Returned items should be carefully packaged and addressed to FMS Solutions, LLC, 629 S Pokeberry Place, Saint Johns, FL  32259 with a copy of the FMS approved RA inside.
