If you are an entity in CA or AZ that is tax exempt, please update your customer profile now to include your current sales tax exemption form. Existing tax exempt customer should also update their tax exemption file. Please send a copy to us at info@fmsaccessories.com along with the name of your registered entity (so that we can ensure it is updated). Orders placed on or after September 1st based on quotations sent before September 1, will be charged applicable sales tax if customer is not tax exempt.
