Yes, we offer free domestic ground shipping on all US orders over $50.00.  International or 2-Day shipping available at extra cost.

All returns need a return authorization (RA) before you send anything back. Returns sent without an approved RA may not be accepted.

To request an RA:

1. Log in to your account, go to My Account > Orders, open the order, and click Return item(s).
2. If you can't find the order, email us with your order number and the items you want to return.

Once your RA is approved:

• Pack the items with a copy of the approved RA inside the box.
• Ship to: FMS Solutions, LLC, 566 Falcon Fork Way, Saint Johns, FL 32259.
• Please send the items within 30 days of your RA. If we don't receive them within 30 days, we may issue store credit instead of a refund.

Return rules:

• Items must be new, unused, and returned within 45 days of purchase.
• You can choose store credit or a refund to your original payment method.
• If we made an error, we will send you a prepaid return label and there is no return charge.
• For all other returns, you pay return shipping, and a return charge of up to 15% applies to cover original freight and transaction costs.
• Additional charges may apply to special-order items and to items that are not new in original packaging, have mounting marks, are missing hardware, or need repackaging.

Missing items from your order? That's a shortage, not a return. Please check your shipment against the packing slip and report any shortage within 1 weeke of receipt.

Please review your shipment immediately upong receipt. Contact us immediately if you are missing any items from your shipment so we can address any shortage. Any shortages must be reported to us within 1 week of receipt of package.

Yes, we accept international orders. Because they are less common, our website is not set up to take orders from every country automatically.

We will reply with an estimated shipping cost and enable your country on our website so you can place the order online.

Free shipping does not apply to international orders. The customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country.

Check the model year on the registration or title. On US-market motorcycles, the 10th character of the VIN is also the model year.

Example: in the VIN WB10M330XT6123456, the 10th character is T, which means a 2026 model. (This is a sample VIN, not a real motorcycle.)

Then match the model and year to the chart in "What do K26, K52, and KA3 mean?" below.

All years in our product names are BMW (or Harley-Davidson) model years. They are not the year the motorcycle was built, bought, or put in service. A motor delivered in late 2025 as a 2026 model is a 2026.

These are BMW chassis codes. Each code covers a generation of the motorcycle, and parts are usually designed for one generation. Product names start with the code when a part fits only that platform.

• K26: R 1200 RT-P, 2006-2014
• K52: R 1200 RT-P 2015-2018 and R 1250 RT-P 2019-2024
• KA3: R 1300 RT-P, 2026+
• K50: R 1200 / R 1250 GS-P, 2014-2023
• KA1: R 1300 GS-P, 2024+
• K8X: F-Series, 2019+

Parts with no code in the name, such as connectors, tools, and hardware, are universal.

A plus sign means the part fits that model year and every later year of the same generation that BMW currently builds. When a generation ends, we replace the plus sign with the final year (for example, 2015-2024).

No. BMW did not produce an RT-P for the 2025 model year. The R 1250 RT-P (K52) ended with 2024, and the R 1300 RT-P (KA3) started with 2026. Parts listed for 2015-2024 do not fit the R 1300 RT-P unless the listing says so.

Most do. The 2015-2018 R 1200 RT-P and the 2019-2024 R 1250 RT-P share the K52 chassis, so most K52 parts fit 2015-2024. There are two exceptions:

• Dashboard and electronics mounts changed when BMW added the TFT display (see the next question).
• Some engine parts, such as valve cover and cylinder guards, fit the R 1250 only (2019-2024).

The year range in the product name tells you which applies.

Starting with the 2021 model year, the R 1250 RT-P has a large full-color TFT display screen. Earlier K52 motors have analog gauges. Radar display, GPS, and phone mounts are shaped differently for each dashboard. Choose TFT if you have the color screen, and Pre-TFT if you have analog gauges.

Yes. GS-P parts are listed under the R 1250 GS-P and R 1300 GS-P categories, and F-Series parts carry the K8X code. Always check the chassis code or model in the product name, because RT-P, GS-P, and F-Series parts are not interchangeable.

Harley-Davidson parts start with "H-D" and name the model or mounting size, for example "H-D Road Glide (2026+)" or "1.25" Split Clamp (Road King, Electra Glide)." Universal clamp mounts are labeled by tube size (1.00" or 7/8"). Measure your bar or tube before ordering a clamp mount.

Our parts are designed for factory BMW and Harley-Davidson police motors. Agency builds sometimes move radios, lights, or radar components, which can affect fit. If your motors have a custom build, contact us before ordering and we'll help you confirm what works.
